Neuro-IOM/Solo

Neuro-IOM/Solo

Company Name :Nurosoft

Neuro-IOM/SOLO is an 8-channel intraoperative neuromonitoring system with a touchscreen, designed specifically for use by a surgeon. Participation of a neurophysiologist is not necessary. The electronic unit is equipped with a tablet, which can be placed next to the surgeon. At the same time, when stimulating nerve structures in the surgical field, the specialist sees instant responses on the display of a tablet clearly and without any insufficient information.

Features
Surgeon‑centered Operation: Delivers a plug‑and‑play experience: just power on the device, select a preset monitoring template, and start intraoperative neuromonitoring immediately—no complex setup needed.
8 Bipolar Channels with Multiple Modalities: Supports real‑time monitoring across modalities such as evoked and spontaneous EMG, DNS, and Train-of-Four (TOF).
Immediate Visual & Audio Feedback: A large touchscreen displays MEPs (motor evoked potentials) and signal parameters in real time. Integrated speakers provide distinct audio tones to indicate responses—helping surgeons remain focused visually.
Enhanced Safety with ES Detector: Equipped with an Electrosurgical (ES) detector to pause signal acquisition automatically when electrocautery devices are active, reducing interference and improving accuracy.
Versatile Stimulation & Acquisition Accessories: Connects to various stimulating probes—monopolar, bipolar, concentric, hook types—and supports diverse electrodes for recording neuromuscular responses. Long acquisition pods allow flexible OR positioning.
Compact & Ergonomic Design: Features a portable design with a folding handle for easy transport. A magnetically mounted tablet offers flexible display placement for seamless visibility during procedures.
Hospital System Compatibility: Supports HL7 integration, enabling seamless inclusion into existing hospital diagnostic systems.
